In 1993, at the age of twenty, Jeff Johnson began his automotive career as a salesman at Courtesy Nissan in Tallahassee Florida. After cutting his teeth on the retail side, a few years later he was recruited by DeFalco Automotive Advertising in 1996 as an account representative. Only a few months later Jeff signed his first Kia dealership and has focused on Kia dealers ever since. It is fair to say that few agency principals have the comprehensive knowledge of KMA’s dealer practices that Jeff has gained over the years.
JKR was established in February 2007 by Jeff Johnson, Kevin Baumann and Richard Brauns, in a buyout from DeFalco Automotive Advertising. Continuing to focus upon Kia dealers, the agency believes Radio, TV and cable as the media of choice for Kia. It is a matter of record that JKR serves many of the top-performing Kia franchises.
